August 1st:
This Saturday is August 1st. What does that mean? Well, normally it's my dad's birthday. Still is, obviously. However it's also my cousin's wedding... joy. I don't mind my cousin much, but I wish the day/time was a bit different. It's my dad's birthday... I wouldn't mind hanging out with him. Maybe watch those movies (Bourne trilogy) he got back on Father's Day that he hasn't watched yet. Also, the wedding ceremony isn't until 5:30pm and the reception isn't until 7:30pm. Both are nearby, but still. Why so late? I know it's his day and all, but... so late...
Luckily my younger brother has a DVR and will be recording my shows that are on that night, so it's not like I'll be missing anything on TV. Though I do prefer watching my shows here. I'd have to go to my brother's, to watch the shows (duh), which means dealing with my brother's wife, which likes to talk while my shows are on. Being DVR'd, I could always rewind them, but still.
Anyway... Saturday I'll be going to one of those things I dislike most. A wedding. So depressing...
Profile Update:
Still working on my next profile update. Things I've decided on for it:
• Links of Interest section will remain it's current size. Enlarging it didn't seem the right thing to do, since I don't know of anything to add to the list, yet. I also need to go through the list and remove any possible dead shops.
• Wish list section will be enlarged. Made more sense to make this larger, to fill in the empty space, since it's such a large list.
• Random characters will be larger.
• Adding more to the random characters. Possibly adding World of Warcraft art as well.
• Nintendo DS - this section will list games and accessories I may have or have played, with links to little reviews (journal entries).
• Comment section size will be reduced. It will now be as tall as the music section.
• World of Warcraft Characters - this section will list a bit of info on my WoW character(s). Currently only one, but I couldn't think of what else to add to the profile, to fill the spot.
• Font changes. The section and nav fonts will be changed to another pixelated font. The current font is nice, but doesn't show capitalized/lowercase letters. The new font will easily show the difference.
• Due to font changes, the nav menu is shortened. It's possible I could add another button, but not sure to what, yet.
