Chapter 1

I opened my eyes but I could not see. It was too blurry to make anything out clearly. I stood up and tried to gain my balance. I started to stumble a bit and tripped. Wondering what I had tripped over, I tried to focus on the object at my feet. As my eyes started to focus. I had tripped on a dead body. I looked around me and realized that I was surrounded by dead bodies and I was also drenched in blood. My only guess as to where I am, was the number of bodies dotting this grassland. I couldn't remember what had happened or where I even was. I made my way eastward in search of civilization. Hopefully, I might be able to find answers to what has happened. But...I keep hearing something, like a distant voice in my head. It's probably nothing. I can't even remember where I am so I must be delusional.
