Long Way of the Drums... ...Bears no significance in my life right now, except that I'm listening to it right now. I just quit my broadcasting job and started working as a tutor. It's just easier, and far more convenient. Plus, I can get in more hours this way, so yay. Le sigh. Between my sexy dreams about Kenshin and my day- dreams about coffee house guy, I'm seriously reconsidering birth control. I'm starting to think I'll have one of those silly momentary laspes in sanity, and do something I'll regret. But I do feel a lot less cluttered up there since I quit; I guess I didn't realize how much Broadcasting was messing with me. I'm hoping my roomate will be gone when I get back to my room. Nothing against her, but I want to take a shower before I get done to really studying for my REL test tomorrow, and frankly some peace and quiet would be nice. That, and some acupuncture in my neck and right shoulder. Ouch. Oh, and my French Canadian Western Civ. professor sucks. I'm just ready for something to happen here. I've waited so long for someone it feels like, and I just want something to happen here.

For the life of me, I can't remember a single thing my French Canadian professor did that sucked,
and as I remember it all of two years later, the guy was fun.

He was a wee dusty, and his powerpoints were either completely cluttered or utterly lacking in content, but he was alright.
Very Monty Python.
He even sang to us, and spent a fair amount of time of Tycho, Kopernik, and Galileo.

Hell, I liked him.
I must have just been in a bad mood because his first few lectures left my hand with horrible cramps from trying to keep up with his lectures, and because coffee house guy wasn't in his class.

In any case, I take it back.
I liked the Canadian.
He was alright.

Also, and I don't know why I didn't mention this before, I spent the whole semester thinking "Wow, you look like Remus Lupin!"

He really did.
