I know this entry is likely to get a few people to yell at me, but...

I've thought I was fat for a while now. When I was in high school, I weighed around 125lbs throughout the 4 years I was there. Then I ended up sitting around. Not doing much. Occasional bike rides and walking around town, but I seemed to put on weight rather quickly. I got up to over 160lbs. While some say that isn't fat, I'm still very unhappy with it.

Anyway... I've worked 3 days. 4, if you count the "training", but I wouldn't. Today I felt a little better about myself. This large shirt didn't feel as tight. I normally wear XL size shirts. So I decided to weight myself. Came out to be barely over 160lbs. I don't know what I weighed before, but I think it was close to 165lbs.

This all may be just ignorable though, since you're technically supposed to weigh yourself in the morning, before breakfast. I weighed myself today some time before lunch, so... yeah. Not when I woke up.

weighed myself when I woke up. 160 lbs exactly.
6.27 -
weighed myself when I woke up again. 157.8 lbs. While it's not a big difference, my large sized shirts feel to fit me a lot better. Not tight on my stomach anymore.
7.3 -
weighed myself again, when waking up. 158.3 lbs. Likely to only go up until Wednesday, since I'm off from work until then...

158.4 lbs... doesn't seem like all the physical labor is doing much.

After feeling like crap for a few days, decided to weigh myself again. Didn't expect any change, due to being off the last few days from work and not doing much. To my surprise though... 153.6 lbs. How did I lose 5 lbs by sitting around, being depressed?
