We have comcast tv, phone and internet. The phone and internet, both use the modem. Anyway, a few weeks ago, the modem started acting up. Normally, it has a dozen lights lit up, but they all went off and 2 of the lights kept blinking and our internet and phone wouldn't work. My mom called comcast, with her cell phone and ended up talking with someone in some other state, who told her that nothing was wrong in out area, so it must be something with out stuff. After about 4 hours, the modem suddenly worked again and everything was fine.
Wednesday night, it happened again, but only for 2 hours. Then yesterday, it happened all day long and this morning too (this explains why I wasn't on yesterday, for those who were wondering where I was). My mom had written me a note, telling me it was all still down, but it was fine, when I woke up. She'll be going to a Comcast building, when she gets out of work today. Hopefully, they know what the heck is going on and can fix it, so it never happens again.
The internet is very important, to me. Without it, I have almost nothing to do. Nothing that good, is ever on tv and the gamecube that I have, seems to reset randomly, so being in the middle of something on that and it resetting, is rather annoying. Plus, all my friends, I talk to online (I'm a loser with no offline friends). sweatdrop
