Study the flow of your hair more carefully. Make it seem more lifelike by using long quick strokes, as if painting each hair one by one. Using a darker colour underneath is great, and then using a lighter colour to paint in the hair is what i suggest. The shape of your face isn't captured in this pieces as well as it could be either. Notice how your forehead comes down into the curve of your cheek bone. :] hope this helps a bit!
