And even though some are self-destructive, people still continue to do them.
YES, it's NOT real. I would not REALLY cut my sister's back for a picture, would you? It's also not meant to suggest that she herself did it, but her obsession got so bad that she has someone she goes to that helps her do it to herself.

I get the meaning of the picture.
But you can totally tell that it's fake.
It'd look better if you tried making the marks look real.

Only reason I noticed it wasn't real is because my cuts never looked like that x)
The outer part is thicker than the inner.
Its usually the opposite >o>
It's still a really great photo. Shows lots of emotion
Mostly for me, it shows struggle.
