- Description: I took this picture last year for my photography assignment. The assignment was to take a white cup and saucer and put it in interesting places, and take a picture of it. Well, this year we're learning about toning pictures, and I chose this one to sample tone. The flash makes the cup a bit brighter than I intended, but at least you can see the blue.

- I love to read stuff into photography. When I see this I think of the cup as having been abandoned; as if it was forgotten when it's owner discovered the beauty of nature. I think the cup represents everyday life, being cast aside for a more tranquil existence. 5/5
