- Description: Okay, so I went up to Washington D.C. for the first time with a bunch of other classmates to look at monuments and such. And this one building we came across amused me, so I took a picture of it while on the bus (which is kind of hard when there's a lot of trees and the bus is moving). I'm sorry about not knowing what this building is. I have a tendency to forget stuff. My Android was used to take this photo. It was not photo edited either. Enjoy!
