• Snow flutters to the surface of the earth
    who knows what could be happening
    children asleep in their beds
    adults waiting for the chimney to shake
    looking up for santa clause
    shakeing is the chimney
    the parents shake with excitement
    but sadley as the soot falls
    there is no santa
    just a poor dead bird
    disapointed are the parents
    snoring loudley are the children
    the parents waiting hours
    still no sight of him
    waiting untill 5:30 in the morning cry
    hearing the jingle of his slay on the roof eek
    could it be

    santa clause finaly returning question
    the parents sit in their chairs pretending to sleep
    as santa comes down the chimney he says
    i know when your sleeping
    and i know when your awake
    so stop pretending
    and the parents sat up
    your late they said
    no im not im santa murmered
    the children arnt awake yet are they?
    oh whispered the parents
    they thought this would be
    the christmas santa wouldnt arrive
    but he did
    and they all just laughed lol
    as he put the childrens gifts under the tree
    santa had come
    and the parents had smiled
    because this was the night
    santa almost didnt come
