Plaster on the disaster,
see what you can make out,
of this new mess of yours.
[Screaming, oh keep on screaming,
We're all just dreaming,
The same old nightmare.]
Why, oh why,
Do you still cry,
When you wake up in the middle of the night,
Sweating, cold with fright,
Oh, what a perfect picture of horror.
[A perfect example,
Of our nightmare.]
What's the matter,
Little angel of mine?
Did you wake up in time?
Or did the devil rip out your wings?
Plaster on the disaster,
See what you can make out,
Of this new mess of yours.
[Screaming, oh keep on screaming,
We're all just dreaming,
The same old nightmare.]
[Just keep on screaming,
You'll wake up faster,
From this living disaster,
And find new chaos waiting.]
Oh, oh, oh, angel,
My falling star,
Just how far,
Can you fly,
With those tears in your eyes?
Can you fly,
At all?
Plaster on the disaster,
See what you can make out,
Of this new mess of yours,
Out of this mess of ours.
Oh, my falling angel,
My winged star,
You'll find out,
That we'll never get far.
[Screaming, keep on screaming,
As you fall,
No one's gonna hear you,
At all.]
