- Description: The Masters Of Silence, three Japanese warriors attacked Iron Man, defeated Stark using technology enabling them to not be affected by repulsors or unibeams. To combat the threat, Stark designed the "Variable Threat Response Battle Suit," (aka "War Machine"), a more heavily armed Iron Man armor designed for all out warfare. After Stark's apparent death, he left Rhodes to control Stark Enterprises as its new CEO along with a suit designed especially for Rhodes to continue the Iron Man legacy.
