Description:
Fortune is the current leader of Dead Cell and her code name refers to her seemingly supernatural ability to cause any bullets that come in her direction to pass around her along with turning explosives into duds. She was led to believe that it was Solid Snake who caused the death of her father Scott Dolph and is out seeking vengeance.
EDIT: The previous reference picture (the official concept art) caused some confusion as far as her skin color. Yes, her skin IS that dark in game. - Date: 11/24/2009

- @chance: It was indeed technology by the patriots but when she did die she was still able to deflect bullets leading the gamers to believe if she really did have the power.
