I think I'm actually the only who has done Allen in this outfit before ^^
This verson of him appears in chapter 166 of D.Gray-Man, and it's before Mana adopts him.
I tried to get all the clothing as close as I could. The only problem was with the hand.
In the picture, Allen's eyes are blue just so you know.
Anywho~

The reason WHY he does NOT look like he does in the ANIME, is because this is his version in the MANGA. If you read chapter 166, you will see him there.
He does not always have white hair, his hair was brown before he tried to resurect Mana. The stress then turned it white. - Report As Spam

- I find it strange because Allen Walker has white hair and in the clips of him younger than this, he also has white hair... 4/5 sorry because one I love that anime to death and two, does not look like him. But, I think you did the cosplay to this nicely.

The eyes are blue, trust me.
If you go to Salon Durem and look at the eyes there, go to the lightest color blue there. Yep, there are the eyes I used ^^ - Report As Spam
