Aka. Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel, who used to be the psychologist of the Joker, falls madly in love with him during his check-ups – So much that she’s willing to set him free, but with the price of removing her license and got arrested. When she had enough, she took on a jester-like suit, broke back into prison to release him and became his accomplice/girlfriend.
I took on the original suit from the Animated Series (the Race Gun takes off the sleeves, so I can't use it).

- @Yeata Zi - There's also the collar from Pierrot Picolo, but I looks a little too big on her. Maybe I'll try that instead of this ruff... We'll see. ;D
