Naoko Takeuchi drew inspiration from haute couture and has featured many of her characters in clothes by Dior, LaCroix, Chanel, and in this case, Mugler.
This is my absolute favorite drawing of Hotaru!

Ookami: I wasn't sure about putting the astra filtered version in my ref, so I asked my friends and they said I should. I figured it couldn't hurt since it helped tie everything together. I'll keep that in mind for next time though! ^ . ^ - Report As Spam

- You didn't need the picture of the avatar in the reference, but that aside this is very lovely. Nice to see a different outfit aside from the standard Sailor Senshi outfit.
