Naoko Takeuchi drew inspiration from haute couture and has featured many of her characters in clothes by Dior, LaCroix, Chanel, and in this case, Mugler.
This is my absolute favorite drawing of Hotaru!

Unfortunately Gaia doesn't have a dress that captures the essence of Mugler's design. I had to make due with combining pieces from multiple items, but I agree. My cosplay would have been much better if I could have achieved the look while making it appear seamless.

- It looks like the outfit in the art is all one piece, and the arms are better posed then the avi. I can't see the legs at all, so I'm not gonna vote.
