It's not really that special. The Magical girl
skirt looks nothing like a sailor scout costume
in
the first place, and the theme is still
unoriginal
and uncreative. It looks too easy to put
together,
and the theme itself just looks poorly done. In
trying to make something different, you still
ended making something that looks exactly like the
