Howl in bird form from Howl's Moving Castle. Each time he takes this form it becomes harder to change back into a human.
Anyways just giving it a shot.

I heart Howl, and this is a very good cosplay
of
that. You might want different colored eyes,
since Howl's are a bright blue, but it's still
pretty
good. I give it a 10, and hopefully Howl
won't
throw a tantrum. xd Wouldn't want the
green ooze
