Howl in bird form from Howl's Moving Castle. Each time he takes this form it becomes harder to change back into a human.
Anyways just giving it a shot.

*adds* I've been told green ball and
pearl drop earring would have worked! wich is true
but the green ones were too HUGE and pearl drop
you could not see.
I thought these eyes matched
the pic closer.Gaia's blue was really strong and
sorta caused some contrast.
