I assume human form in the hopes of gaining the favor of a most powerful enchantress who reads the heavens and foretells the fortunes of all. So strong is her connection to the world above that images of the very heavens themselves dance over her flesh. And I, as an anthropomorphic personification of said heavens would love to dance across her flesh in a much more literal way.
