READ DESCRIPTION
I was inspired by several things. I had recently watched the disney movie Atlantis, a movie I've loved since I was young. The whole sea and mythological concepts were inspired by that movie.
When coming up with a color scheme, I wanted to do an original one for a sea-inspired avi-NO COOL COLORS. I was inspired by goldfish when coming up with it, specifically cuz of the goldish segment of the original Fantasia.

- I like the idea and some of it works, but most of the decoration items are soft while the hair and the petals on the floor are harder colors. The petals(?) covering her breasts are also awkward against the skin, they semi-blend so you know they're there but it's hard to tell and just strange to look at. Also the mouth; while the color is good, the open look gives her a bad facial expression. (Continued-)

- On the whole it looks like you could go for fire born of water with the color scheme and the seaweed & shell. I hope you improve on this avatar in the future. (Sorry for the double comment, long thoughts.)
