Here's some tips to make it better:
Skirts aren't good with mini dresses. Use leggings or stockings to cover it up. Backrounds make the scene make it more better and eye-appealing, and make sure it matches the theme! Hairpieces are often tricky, and the head is the first thing the viewer sees, so make it look pretty and not too empty nor busy. - Report As Spam

I don't like the skirt under the dress, I don't find it necessary. However, I do like it. But it needs a background.
