• Artist Info: Hello, as you may have noticed my name is Kenshin Belmont and I am a proud member of the Belmont family. You see, my father's family has hunted Dracula & his minions for generations so I have a lot to live up to. My father's name is Mikhail and he's originally from Russia. His father settled down there for some reason I still have no knowledge of.

As you can imagine I happen to be the son of a very strong and brave Belmont warrior and a very beautiful and courageous Himura lady. My mother Misaky, by the way, comes from a long line of brave warriors and the most famous was Kenshin Himura; you could say he's the one who started it all. Both of my parents were exceptional at fighting and they raised me well. Even though they didn't live for very long, I grew up well instructed in my home land of Kyoto, Japan. My father left me a Falcon that died soon after he did; even though the falcon is dead, he is still by my side in spirit form (though only people with special abilities can see it). My mother left me this dragon that I treasure very much.
BTW, I heard somewhere I might have a lot more relatives than I realized. I haven't heard about many of them yet but I do recall hearing about someone by the name of Natasha Belmont sometime ago. I heard Richter adopted her or something, I'm not really sure.
These clothes I wear, are a reminder of all the good times I spent in my home land and are very comfortable in action. They're also very good to make myself less visible during the night. I was also given a couple of weapons, my father left me this flame whip, while my mother left me a "Sakabatou" or reverse edge sword. She said it used to belong to my grandfather Kenji so it cannot be used to hurt people. I got this crossbow and hat thanks to a couple of friends of mine from Europe. I have become very skilled with all of my weapons; I remember my mother telling me that I was almost as fast as my ancestor, Kenshin Himura when she was still alive. Perhaps I've grown as fast by now. I am fluent in both English, Spanish & Japanese as well (I started to learn Spanish before leaving for Europe).
These "VH" pins signify my job, which happens to be a Vampire Hunter. They were given to me by a very special lady by the name of Rachel in England.
I started wearing sunglasses before leaving for Europe. They sure make it easier for me to see when the sun comes down. Why? Because I only keep them on during the day and that way, my eyes don't have to take long to adjust to the dark. I usually sleep during mornings and I wake up sometime during the afternoon so they're quite handy.
These black gloves were made for me during my stay in Spain. And finally, I got this scar during a nasty battle in Italy.
By the way, did you know that Sunglasses first became polarized in 1936, when Edwin H. Land began experimenting by making lenses with his patented Polaroid filter? That's three years before I started my journey!
For the record, I'd like to point out that my great grandfather Kenshin didn't have to deal with vampires at all; and neither did my grandfather; or at least not while he was young. We only started to hear about, and see them before my father came to Kyoto. It was around the time of my mother's 15th birthday (1915). At first we had no idea what to do but, by the time my father came around, my grandfather figured out how to deal with them; and so did my mother.
PS: The picture with the red yukata in my signature is what I looked like sometime before starting my journey so I didn't have my dragon with me. The other picture is about some time after wards and was done by a different artist whom, I deeply care for (thanks Puggy!).
(This by the way, is a mule account and is used just for fun. Don't take everything of what is said above seriously)
