• I stand there. Silently watch her. My heart pounds against my chest, longing to jump into her soft hands. I find it hard it to breathe, each lungful of air a constant struggle to obtain. Beads of sweat trickle down my forehead, I wipe them away with the sleeve of my shirt.
I'd been standing there for a while now, silently watching her from the safety of the dense trees that encompass the hidden beach. Their branches provided cover. Their darkness splashed across my body, blending me in with the scenery. I still can't think of a way in which to approach her.
The memory of her silently walking up to me last night fills my head. The lights from the numerous torches lighting her path. The villagers surround her; laughing and dancing in time to the music. Thoughts of her sweet perfume penetrating my nose as she stands before me cloud my head. The way her dress shimmers in the light, presses against her, highlighting every bump and curve of her body. The way her soft breath whispered in my ear those words, those lovely, enticing words that now had me petrified to the forest floor, causing my knees to shake and my heart to flutter.
"Brid,"I finally say after countless moments of finding a way to adress her. She sits facing the vast expanse of water that surrounds the beach; the sun had just begun to rise over the waters. It's light bounces off the waters producing a spectacle of light and color.
    "I didn't think you'd come."
I sit beside her. Staying quiet, I look into her face. Stare into her eyes and get lost in the different hues of brown, blue and green within them. I watch as the wind gently lifts strands of her raven black hair. The eros' bow lips I had constantly dreamt of tasting. I admired the way the sunlight bounced off her soft, pale skin. Words could not leave my lips as i stared at the goddess before me.....
    "Tristan..."
I look up into her face, into her eyes, and see the emotions that hide behind their decieving beauty. She could no longer supress her emotions; the soorow contained within her escape the fortress. Tears trickle from her eyes, down her cheeks, into her compressed lips. I try to say something. I try........but my strenght foresakes me. Her tears seem endless, and I just sit there. Weak. Scared. Pitiful.
