• Exactly 16 years ago, in the demon underworld, a new princess was born into the royal family. Like the rest of the royal family, she could be mistaken for human, once she concentrated and got rid of her claws that only a few demons receive, most of them royalty. She was the sole heiress to the throne and the only child of the current king and queen. This was the one of the greatest days ever, because this princess was special. Princess Lilith was prophesied to take the demon world by storm and bring a new era to the world. Some wanted this, some didn't it; all they knew is that it would bring a better life to the demon world. Attempted assassinations were a big part of her childhood because of this prophecy, but those who wanted it adored her and protected her til the end. She was beautiful, with her blood red eyes that could change to a soft red or a dark red or anywhere in between depending on her feeling. She was powerful and could summon Murasaki, one of the youngest dragons of that age, but would one day be the best. She was smart and was always seen with a book, whether it be her latest romance fiction, a book about tactics, sorcery, or some sort of study. Now today was the anniversary of her birthday and there was a royal party. Soon she would be taking the crown, but first, her life was turned upside down. It was a few hours before the royal party was to begin and she was in the kingdom field practicing with Murasaki, with book and staff at hand. Dressed in her casual clothes, not the thought princess gown, she trained hard. One drill, Murasaki was to aim and blow a streak of blue fire at a target. Lilith threw the target in the sky and Murasaki hit it, but sadly, when she did, it was already to low to the ground, that it still burnt when it hit him...Whose is he? He was a prince of another kingdom, 1 out of 4, and he got hit with a small piece of the burning target before it turned to ashes. Princess Lilith rushed over to him as Murasaki left. When she got to him, he was already half way finished healing himself badly. She worried greatly and swatted his hand away politely and healed it more correctly. As she did, this prince watched her intently. With his stare to her, she noticed. This started a conversation. He introduced himself to be Azazel, not mentioning himself to be a prince. They casually walked around, and he told her about his life, and she returned the favor. Listening to him, she heard of a world entirely different from what she believe. This didn't change her thought of everything, but she wanted to know more. His life captured her and held her tight in body and mind, in just a hour or two walking around through the vast gardens. They returned back to the palace and the ringing of the hourly clock tower captured his attention. He left her quickly, but not without saying he wished to see her again or realizing that he had also taken her heart with him. She constantly thought about him through then next few hours, wondering if she would ever see him again, and if she did, whether she could join his new world. Sadly, when she mentioned this to her father, he advised her to forget about him, apparently her father had already set her up to meet a prince. That night, she was ill with grief, but she couldn't miss the party. She was announced and walked down the steps, not really paying attention to everyone looking at her or the whispers that left their mouths, but she was thinking about the life she could have had, that she had just lost. One that could have changed her life for the better. But not paying attention, ruined her. She tripped on one of the bottom steps and she felt someone grab her and fall down with herself. She looked at the person below her and saw him. He was wearing his royal suit and look amazing, all while looking right back with his soft gray eyes. They stayed there for what seemed like forever, while people rushed to their side and people whispered about the scene in front of them. They obviously didn't noticed.
