• "Why are you crying?" Asked the brown haired girl in the red shirt

a red haired girl turned around in her seat and said "Because he is emo."

The brown haired girl glared at her and turned back to the boy. "Why?" I asked again.

The boy in the black hoodie sighed and turned the the girl in the red shirt who went by Rina.

"The world is a black place where people live on the streets and wars explode and everything eventually dies...."

Rina sighed. 'what about the good things like sun on a Saturday morning, or ice cream on a summer day, and I don't want to sound all girlie but what about rainbows, or buying a new shirt that you just love?"

The teacher came in and silenced everyone. Rina saw the boy scribbling down on a piece of paper.

he tossed it behind him at Rina and she caught it trying not to be notice. She unfolded the note and read it.

I don't see the rainbows or the sun on a Saturday morning, or that one shirt that you just love. I can't see the things that make people smile, And it's torture because the only happy thing I see is you, and...I don't understand any of it...but everyday I sit in this spot right in front of you...every day I walk into this room and see you sitting there...and I truly don't understand because I think I love you, and It's torture because thanks to you I'm blind.

Rina covered her mouth tears forming in her own eyes. "That's...a reason to cry..."
