• She said that the boy who looked like he was in pain was Jacob. His curly silver hair shining, red eyes, paper white skin. Albino.. I thought. I never saw an albino before, ever. He looked at me with what seemed to be glowing eyes, then looked away as fast as he looked at me. He sat at a table with his - twin - sister, i geused, though not albino, pale, brown hair, and a glowing green eye color. She stood up to throw her tray away, suposedly elbowing me in the face, knocking her lunch on my friend, Kate.
It was my first day here in Colorado Springs, the middle of the school year. Highschool was harsh. Me and Kate were the 'outsiders.' Not usual here, we geused. We were the black sheep of the herd. In math class, after lunch, I handed a note to the teacher, I sat by Jacob, orders of Mr.Len the teacher.
We started to work on math problems, I didn't pay atention, afraid to look to my left to see a mad red-eyed stare. I peeked to my left, only to look back embarassed. I stood up half a second before the bell rang, allready out of the class before people even stood. I rushed to my car, turned it on, and drove to my destination- Windy Horse Stables. Yah thats right, I ride horses. I wanted to join them. Home at last.. I sighed when I got onto the horse. Hoping for a better day tomorow.
