Human?

  This is my first writing piece that I've entered in the writing arena so I hope I do good!

My mother and father are king and queen of a land that has been destroyed by someone.
When I was young, I was turned into a skeleton and I don't know why.
I now walk with a cloth that covers my face and gloves to cover my hands so I don't scare anyone.
The only people that still love me for who I am and not for what I look like is my father and my mother.
My father has helped me to find the answer ever since I was motivated to find out who did this to me.

My journey with my father to find all the answers has been going on for 10 years now and I can tell that my search is almost over.
This person is also wanting to kill my father since he is a king and wants to be famous for accomplishing something that big.
We think that this is the same person that did this to me.
I now carry an unbreakable spear that my grandfather gave to me just before he passed away.
My book holds many possible answers on who might have done this and why.
I promised my grandfather before he died that i will find who did this horrible thing to me.
Then again, maybe it isn't such a horrible thing.
If this would not have happened to me, I would not have met everyone that I have met, and I have been closer to my father than ever before.

Don't worry grandpa, I promised to find this person, I will find this person.

9 that's...it's interesting but try to use alternatives to that. I don't know it's just my opinion. Oh when something isn't known to the reader i keep it simple. Like in the first sentience just taking out someone would have made the difference. All my opinion and I don't even remember if I've ever used the advice I'm giving you but use it once to see if it works for you. ^_^ keep up the story...I give you a five because it's deserved.
