An arc of crimson splashed against the far left wall as a furious gurgle filled the room. Her pale white throat boasted a cheery smile now, from end to end it was filleted open like a fish. Blood gushed forth, as if eager to feel the chilly AC. It wanted to clot and stick - stain and mark. The young woman in front of the older wore a triumphant smile. "Ah, ah, ah...None of that. Go back to your hell." The drowning woman had lurched forward, her bulging, dark eyes filled with unquenched loathing. The younger girl tossed her thick, red hair behind one shoulder and stepped back as her victim fell forward, twitching and gasping for any sort of air. Her matted, slick hair was clinging to her skin as much from her own blood as it was from her sweat. This game had been going on for hours. Finally she was delivering the final blows.
"I can taste it." She murmered, stepping forward and kneeling in the puddle of gore. The woman at her feet glared defiantly up at her tormentor, refusing to give her the benefit of seeing the fear and pain wrapping around her senses. She was almost gone. "I can taste it. It's so, so sweet..." She cupped the ravaged face in her palm and stared into the liquid ebony eyes, then ever so carefully lowered her lips to her cheek. She kissed it softly, then ran her tongue down the flesh to the gaping wound, tickling the raw nerves with her tongue. The woman jerked and a fresh fountain of blood doused both women. The foe with the sapphire eyes laughed as the liquid rubies ran over her chest.
Terror poured from her spirit like water, filling the room even as her blood painted the floor. Laughter rang in the air as she felt her mind spiraling. What was it she could taste? Her blood? What was wrong with this woman? Her dulling eyes managed to focus on the predator standing above her, a butcher knife casually grasped in her palm. She saw her lips move, but couldn't hear her. Perhaps it was a blessing. But then the whore leaned in, and her eyes widened as her voice caressed her dying form. "Fear is yummy." And with the maniacal laughter ringing in the air, life finally released her into Death's pleasant embrace.
