    Chapter Six;
    Part two

I heard Asher give off a quick growl. I looked up and saw what he was growling at, Sarai was running our way. What the hell.
“Kire, I’ve been looking everywhere for you.” She whispered as she latched onto his arm.
I gave a serious look and turned around to leave. “Asher I am ready to go home,” I hissed. Little did they know that I meant my real home?
Asher nodded and made a clicking sound with his tongue. He held out his hand and snapped his fingers, making the world around us freeze, right as a speeding car swung around the corner.
I looked up and smiled up at Kire, holding out something in my hand that glittered like crystal clear water/ “I really could have loved you.” I whispered as I handed him the trinket.
Kire starred at me and shook his head. “What’s going on Rayne?” He whispered taking the trinket.
“I may be gone but it doesn’t mean that your chance with true love has to be.” I whispered once again. “Once your true love appears in front of you then this will glow blue, I will always watch over you while you are wearing this.”
I stepped into the street. Asher stood on the side walk as he snapped his fingers again making the world start once again. I heard the screeching of the tires but it was too late.
Kire ran into the street and stood over my quickly Disappearing body. “What the hell is going on here?” He hissed, looking back up at Asher.
His hair blew around him with an eerie wind that no one else could feel. His clothes were a basic black outfit. He snapped his fingers again freezing everyone but Kire himself and Sarai.
He stepped off the curb and into the street. “I am the Main Body guard of the Princess, My name is Asherwinne. Asher for short,” He pretty much floated over to Kire. “You really weren’t good enough for her, yet she fell head over heals for you. Interesting,” He whispered as he stepped once more upon the earths ground. “Have a nice life.” Asher said as he created a black hole, and stepped inside of it. Making the world start again, but this time everything was normal. Like Rayne never even existed.
Kire looked up with tears in his eyes, like something in his life was taken from him right before his eyes, and her could do nothing to stop it.
Sarai starred at Kire with a strange face. “What’s wrong honey?” Sarai asked as she skipped into the street. “You look like you just saw a ghost.” She whispered kissing him on the cheek. “Come on we are going to be late for Class.”
Kire nodded, he had a sense he was missing something or some one but he couldn’t quite put his finger on it. He looked down at his cold hand and saw the small silver necklace.
“Oh gosh,” Sarai screamed. “Is that for me?” She whispered.
Kire looked at it and shook his head. “No it’s a family trinket.” He blurted out. “I have to keep it with me all the time.” He said placing it around his neck and tucking it under his shirt. “Come on lets go.”

    4 years later;

Kire sat in the studio and starred at the new music that Lucifest was going to start playing. “Greed holds the memories of the ones that we have lost.” He sang softly. “I can’t take what I don’t have.” He continued.
“So, the concert on the 5th is already sold out.” The Manager said as he placed the paper on the table.
“That’s cause it’s the first show on the tour.” Soran said with a smile. “We more popular now then we ever were, it’s like something completely evil.” He said with a deep chuckle.
Kire looked up and shook his head as he stood up and placed the paper with the song on the table. “Have any of you guys seen Sarai?” He asked looking around. “I haven’t seen her.”
The Manager and Soran exchanged glances. “I haven’t seen her.” They said together.
Kire gave them a questionable glance and shook his head once more. “I am going for coffee. Do you guys want anything?”
Soran shook his head. “I’ll just get something from the vending machines.”
Kire nodded and headed out of the room.
“So I don’t think that he knows.” Soran said as he picked up the paper.
“You mean about where the Lyrics are coming from?” The manager replied as he started to wipe off the wooded table.

Kire walked down the hallway quickly as if he was avoiding unneeded conversations. He was keeping his eyes firmly on the ground.
“Yeah, I had two dates with him before he tried to get all hansy.” A female voice broke in.
“I heard he was a slime bag but I didn’t think that he would try that with you.” Another deeper female voice replied.
“Whoa hey Rayne watch out!” Another female voice chimed in.
Kire’s head snapped up at the name of the girl. He didn’t know which one she was but he could tell that something was special about that name.
“Oh my God sir, I am completely sorry.” One of the girls said with a sincere apology.
Kire finally looked down and saw that she had spilled her coffee all over him, now came the pain. “Oh, ow,” Kire said between clenched teeth.
“Oh my we’d better get that cleaned off.” The girl who spilled it took Kire’s hand and started to drag hmm to the employment office.
The girl rushed around the room trying to find supplies that could help this. “Take your shirt off.” She said as she kept looking around the room.
“What?” Kire asked looking up at her.
“Take off your shirt so I can dress your wound.” She hissed as she appeared in front of him.
Kire looked at her face and nodded. “Fine,” He answered as he pulled off the coffee soaked shirt.
The girl looked up at Kire and smiled. “It’s not as bad as I thought it was going to me.”
Kire starred down at her, she reminded him of some one but he couldn’t really figure it out. He winced when something cold touched his stomach. He looked down again and saw that a cold compress was stuck to his skin.
“Hmm,” She whispered. “I think that you will be fine. Just keep the bandage on it.” She said as she looked up and smiled.
    Kire nodded.
The girl grabbed his shirt and quickly rinsed it under cold water. “Just don’t show your stomach at the concert, I don’t think that it would be wise.” She said with a dainty chuckle.
“So you know who I am?” He asked surprised.
“Uh, Yeah the singer of Lucifest the number one band in Damious? I think that I would know who you are.” She said walking back to him. “Make sure you get this dry cleaned they can get it out.” Those were her last words before she walked out of the room.
Kire stopped thinking and breathing for a moment then ran out of the room. “Hey,” He yelled holding out his hand to her. “What’s your name?”
The girl turned around and smiled. “You don’t need to know that, besides were never going to meet again anyway, right?” She smiled and waved. “It was nice meeting you though.” She said with a laugh before she joined her friends once again.
