• A cool breeze came from behind the large oak tree, followed by a thin mist and frightening whisper.
"Hello?" Kendra asked in an almost silent voice, "Whose there?"
The mist came closer and Kendra took a step back. It seemed to be following her as she backed away. Then out of no where she could here a girl crying. She sounded hurt. No, upset. The girl sounded very upset.
She was clearly visible now. She stood sobbing into her small white hands. Kendra felt a chill run up her spine and the hair in the back of her neck stood on it's end.
"Little girl?", Kendra asked quietly, "Are you alright? Are you hurt? You look lost."
The little girl's sobs became to a thin and then ceased. She looked up at Kendra with red lined eyes from crying. She began to whimper and started crying again.
"Oh, don't cry." Kendra told her as she went to put an arm around the girl.
"Your a kind woman", the girl said to Kendra as she ceased her sobs again, "I am lost. I have been lost for over four years now."
The girl spoke in a British voice, though she still sounded small and helpless.
"Oh my goodness!", Kendra cried out, "You pour girl!Let me help you home. Where do you live?"
"I'm afraid it's all too late for that, kind woman."
Then like she was never there in the first place, the girl was gone, leaving Kendra alone in the woods. She stood for a moment confused.' What was that all about?' Kendra thought to herself.
The woods were quiet as she stood doubting what had just happend. She then heard a small light voice from behind her. Kendra turned to see the little girl staring her straight in the eyes.
"You are strange for staying this long, you do realize that?" the little girl told her.
"Am I? And how is that?", Kendra stopped, "What exactly is going on here?"
The girl scrunched her eyebrows together, "You don't get anywhere asking stupid questions like that, now do you?" She said in a very brass rude voice.
"Weren't you just sobbing? And now you're all for making me feel bad?"
"I have no need to explain anything at all to you. But I feel that you somehow can help me.So here goes, and pay attention because I don't repeat any details more than once.
I am Sarah Goldruck. My father was crazy and he killed my mother-"
    "He what!?!", Kendra interjected.
"Hush now!And let me finish. As I was, Father killed Mother and then he cam after me, so Grandmother Janice sent me away.In doing so, she was murders by Father. Soon he found where I was hidden and disposed of the evidance that he had killed mother, which if fact was me."
    "What?"
"Hush! Now, you seem to be less afraid then others of the human type. So I'll ask you once , will you help me bring father to justice?"
Kendra was shocked. She was being asked a favor from a ghost. She stood with her mouth a gape for a few moments.
"You!Lady there!", the litlle girl shouted at Kendra, "Will you help me?"
    "Um, yes, but how?"
"It's very simple you see." The little girl said with an almost evil smile that took the breath out of Kendra. She was suppost to kill this ghost girl's father and the girl was going to help her do it.
