• "Oh!" Haven gasped, Pitter (the voice in her head) hissed.
"Hi, I'm Jason." the owner of the beautiful gray eyes. But then he could have said that his Great Aunt went to bed in a see through nighty after she went partying for 3 hrs. straight and Haven wouldn't have noticed, because as soon as he started talking she focused on his mouth. Which wasn't that bad a mouth if you were wondering, fuller on the bottom than on the top, and very sensuous. "Ehem," the voice said through the nice mouth, "it's just a little uncomfortable to be stared at like that." Haven suddenly became aware of what she was doing.
She imediately looked down, "Sorry, it must be the unconcious, um thingy, you know how, um you get a little confused. You know?" she was babbling a sure sighn that she was nervous.
"It's ok don't worry about it." Jason ran his hand through his hair and the girls eyes imediately focused on it. His hair was the color of a raven's wings on a moonless night. Or atleast thats what he'd been told by on of his poetic lovers. "So, how are you fealling?" he asked her while examining her as well. She had darkish brown hair tide up in a braid, and a wierd color of brown eyes it looked dortof like a burnt red color. Her lips were small but not necessarily thin. her face was impish and her ears slightly pointed. He turned away from her to the fire and ladled some soup into a wooden bowl. When he turened back around the girl and the baby griffen were stareing into each others eyes the she nodded.
"My name is Haven," she paused and looked at the griff as if deciding to say something, " and this is Pitter." she looked back at him. "Thank you for saving me." she lowered her unusual eyes and blushed slightly.
"No problem. But why exactly were you in the woods in the first place?"
    "I was running."
    "From who?"
    "Bad people."
    "For what?"
She didn't answer for a second,"Because I'm a witch and I was in the wrong place at the wrong time." she looked up into his eyes whith a firece expression and did not lower them.
Jason chuckled, "You will find no condemnation here." the girl smiled and went back to staring at her baby griffen named Pitter.
