Real Life Fantasy Feels like Hell
Chapter VIII – The Power Within
Everything happened in a heartbeat. They were circled around me before I even noticed they moved towards me. They seem to be making a noise like fire, as they spin around me. Something was weird though, one of the shadowy figure was violet. It also had blue eyes.
Why was this one different from the rest? Well anyways, there’s no time to ask myself questions, I have to do something about this! So I just remain staring at them as they spun around me. What the ******** are they trying to do? I couldn’t help but ask.
“What the hell are you doing?!” The violet one flew back, and then I think it giggled to itself. Hearing it speak to the others, for some reason, I could understand what their saying. “Seems to be the angel of death, but its missing its soul…” It said to the other flaming shadows. “There’s no use of her then, we might as well kill her now and look for the one that took it already” one of the black flaming shadows then said.
Grr, they better not lay their hands on me… or else… eh… I’ll do something! The violet shadowy flame then said, “I’m going to be by that tree, I’ll watch you guys to see what you can do.” The other three black shadowy figures then nodded and stared getting closer to me. I spread my wings a little and growled. One of the shadowy figures then approached me, and then threw its arms out forward, pointing it at me..
Without knowing this was coming, it shot out a shadowy flame to me and it looked as if it was using its arm as a flamethrower. I had to think fast, so I covered myself with my winds. I had to keep my foot pressed hard against the grass so I don’t loose balance while the shadowy flame was bouncing off my wing. My wings were becoming darker then usual. It’s not from the shadowy flame because I feel a kind of power inside of me.
I start to take a step forward, and then I opened my wings as hard as I could. The wind ended up knocking the flame back at the shadowy figure, and the wind was strong enough to send him flying back off the floor. The other 2 shadowy figures stumbled back but regained their balance. They started making their growling noise again, but while this was all happening, I was wondering if I’m able to control my power a little more with my thoughts and imagination. While the shadowy figure was still flying through the air, I reached out my hands in front of me.
I tightened my left hand into a fist and with my right hand, not too far behind my left having it in a certain position, as if I was holding onto something. There was a shadow forming around my hand, and it made a specific shape like a bow. So now I had a shadowy flaming bow and as I pulled my right hand back, a red shadowy blood red arrow has been made and I pulled my right hand back. It grew a brighter red color as I pulled it back and shot it. It was flying at the shadowy figure at a lightning speed.
The shadowy figure, before hitting a tree, had the arrow pierced right through its neck, then got stuck onto the tree. It seemed to be holding onto the arrow and shrieked as it struggled to be free, but eventually it stopped moving, and laid there hung on the tree by the arrow. It then exploded into a big fog of shadow and it was then blown away by the wind. The remaining two shadowy figures then flinched and turned their head to me quickly. One of them wrapped their arm around me tightly then the other one was stretching its arm and was about to fling it at me like a whip.
Meanwhile I flung my hand back and a flaming shadow has formed a back handle onto my hand, then the bloody red shadow started forming a long blade attached to the black shadowy handle. I was hit twice on the cheek; I was cut there forming what looked like an X and started dripping blood. It built up my temper a little, and my wins blew open and cut off both of the shadowy creature’s arm that was holding onto me. It gave off a shrieking noise, and then I raised my blade and cut its head off hearing a giant slashing noise.
It slowly stared to slide off its neck then blew up into a fog of darkness, and then the wind blew this fog away as well. The remaining shadowy creature then flew its arm around my neck to choke me as I had my back turned, but it didn’t take me long to react. I threw my blade up in the air to slice off its arm, and then I held onto the black flaming shadowy handle with both of my hands and had it dragging against the grass as I ran to the shadowy creature. The dirt was flying up in the air as there was a little black fire path forming behind me. Then I threw my blade up in the air in front of the shadowy figure and sliced it in half, then threw my sword for another swing to slice its head off.
It sliced it off as the shadowy creature was making a bloody high screech then blew up into a black fog, and this one was blown away by the wind as well. I started to look around the forest for that one violet shadowy figure, but he was gone. I let my shadowy blade get blown away with the wind, and then eventually disappeared. I then felt my cheek, which was still dripping with blood. I went to the waterfall, and then washed off my blood with its fresh water.
I thought it was about time I get back into bed, it’s been a long night. I started to flap my wings, and fly towards the big wooden house. When I got close enough, I slowly flapped my wings and landed safely and softly on the ground. I let my feathers fall onto the ground, and then I took off my shoes, and carried them with me through the back door. I slowly shut the door and headed for the bedroom Puppy gave me.
I slowly creep into my room, shut the door and laid my shoes in front of the door. I slowly walked to my bed, and then let myself fall onto it. Before I could even think, I was sleeping.
