• Chapter 5

"No, but her dad was out of the picture before she was born and her mom split for LA and an "acting" career when Tarja was twelve years old…was that really eleven years ago?" Braody asked himself. "We're old buddy, when did that happen?"

"I don't know, but I'll try and get her out of my head since she's yours."

"I don't own her, but I don't want to see her get hurt either- got it?"

    "Sure thing pop!"

"Idiot. Now, let me see this tattoo you want fixed up."

After he was done at Broady's, Criss caught a redeye flight back to Vegas.

    LATER THAT NIGHT:
When Tarja got home from rehearsal Lexi was waiting for her.

"So, let me see it." She said grimly.

"Did you really want to come off quite so stalker-ish?"

    "No." *pout*

    "There you go then."

    ...Awkward Silence...

    "So, how goes the show?"

"Good. I think the boss has the final set list together now. We're doing Ozzy, Alice Cooper, classic Metallica, Guns N Roses, Slash's Snake Pit, Motorhead and a Nightwish medley. The medley is going to tell the story of a witch that gets tried and burnt at the stake."

Tarja looked at Lexi as if to say "don't say it."

"So, naturally, you're playing the witch?"

    She said it.

"Naturally." She glared at her best friend.

    "Did he like your tattoo?"

    "Get out of my apartment."

    "Tell me what he's like!"

    "OUT!"

    The Next Day: NYC

Tarja was just dragging herself out of bed for an early cast meeting when…
