• PREFACE

I sat down silently on the blue chairs in the main hallway. The art show was going on today, and the walls were covered in beautiful masterpieces. Suddenly a shrill scream broke the silence. Within seconds, the lock down alarms sounded and people started escaping out of any door closest to them. That's when I saw him. Holding up his gun, aimed right at me, was Jonathan. And he shot me. A sharp pain flushed over my chest, and blood trickled down my favorite blue shirt, and everything went black.
