• The Nobody who wanted to be-

Everyday we dream and dream about dreams that seem to get our attention. But what if we were stuck in our dreams forever? They say be careful what you wish for, and let me tell you they were right when you wish.

It all began with one dream that would soon lead to her death. Her dreams caused her to sleep all day, but did she not know that they would be the ones that would kill her.....

Lucy Blackwood was a fragile girl. She was always poorly sick and couldn't go to school regularly. She was usually alone in her room dreaming that one day she could be someone else. There was all but one person who would visit her. He yes it was him he would visit her, bring her homework, return her homework; he was the only friend she had ever had. He was the one she trusted most, even more so than her only blood sister. But it was him who would not know that he would be seeing death soon. One day was a day that went too far. “Dante, could you come over here? I don't understand this." Flipping through her papers, she saw of a math problem she couldn't solve. "Sure, you just add A through C to equal E." Dante smiled so cheerful, his smile was like the smile of a god. Lucy blushed as she looked at him, she saw a cheerful boy, no older than 15. His black hair covering his eyes, his skin so smooth and his smile, the smile anyone would want to have. "Ttthank you Dante" Lucy stuttered for she was too nervous to say it. "Alright then, looks like we finished all our homework. I'm gonna get read-Wait! Lucy shouted out turning red. Dante turned to Lucy, seeing a young fragile girl, her beautiful red hair going down her back, her dress no bluer than the sky, and most of all: her face. Yes her face was truly that of a maiden. No one would believe she was the reincarnation of a spirit. "Dante cccould you ummmmm say longer, please?!"

Dante turned in shock, for no one as really asked him to stay longer, usually they want him to leave early because of there parents or something.. "Sure!" Dante sounded happy smiling he said: Well how about we go out for a snack, my treat." Lucy's eyes widened and her mouth went in shock, for Lucy had NEVER gone passed the school. "B-but won’t you get in trouble?" Lucy sounded shocked but was a little worried for Dante. "Na my parents won't mind, after all there on vacation in Alaska or something, left me plenty of money to spend. And I don't plan on spending it all on ME." Grinning he grabbed Lucy's arm and helped her out. Lucy blushed as her dress flew a little bit in the air, but Dante hadn't noticed for all he could see was this pretty girl hanging out with him. Grrrowl! Lucy blushed and put her hand on her stomach. "Looks like your hungry, when was the last time you ate?" Dante stared at her in concern. "Ummm about three days ago. Why?" Lucy said with a wondering voice." Three days ago?!" Dante shook her really hard. "Well today we eat like kings-err kings and queens!" Dante grinned because today he could charm her out and maybe he could tell her his true feelings. But, there was one thing for her to stay here forever, she could never wake up. No she can't wake up. This seemed real to her, but no it was all a dream, a dream she could no longer wake up from, not unless she were to kill him, kill Dante. But Dante he, he, no longer lives in the human world. The dream world, where all people go when they want away from life, but what if you were stuck in it. Forever. Dante turned to her and stared her into her eyes. Yes her eyes were that of an innocent maiden. The color was that of a unusual color, they were cherry blossom pink. "How bout we go to a big restaurant? Dante grinned happily and jumped up in to the air. Suddenly he took Lucy's hand, and started to run. "C’mon! I know what you will like, I'm sure of that!" Lucy then nodded and ran along. She trusted Dante. But she didn't know that for the past 5 years she had been in a dream world. She never would have thought it was Dante who was trying to kill her. For he wanted her to himself, and if they were to fight, she could never run from him. He was Her master. And no one could stop him; stop them from being together forever. He was the Pretender. They soon arrived into a huge restaurant: The roof was painted a wood like green, the walls were white as any white could be, and the sign said: Around the world cuisine. Dante grinned and opened the door for Lucy. “Ladies first, mad ‘am have a great dinner”, Dante said with a cheerful grin and took a bow. “Thank you, fine sir”. Lucy took a tip lifting her sky blue dress into the smooth air. Lucy went in and what she saw was amazing. The rooms were different from each other. One room was a Japanese garden with cherry blossoms everywhere, while another room was Native Indian with feathers and animals on the walls. Lucy took a few steps forward to see another room; it looked French with artistic pictures everywhere, and even had a mini Iffle tower!! Lucy was about to step forward when a young lady asked her where she would like to eat. “Umm err I don’t know...” Lucy’s voice trailed off. “Lucy there you are!” Lucy turned around to see a panting Dante. “Gosh you can walk fast, so what room do you want?” Dante panted with a mischievous smile. Lucy looked around starring at each room for a long time. Finally she said” Dante can we go and eat in each room, or is it selfish of me to do that since your paying?” Lucy blushed looking down at the shiny marble floor below her. Dante looked at her and with his usual smile he said “Sure why not? I don’t mind doing that besides there are some food places I haven’t tried.” The waitress looked at Dante then Lucy and said: Okay will then just follow Alex.” They turned to see a black headed girl with a fancy waitress outfit behind them. She looked kind of pale. Actually she looked like she hadn’t had sleep at least for a week. “Here follow me…” Alex said with a silent mouth yawn. They followed the waitress through rooms to be seated in a normal American room. The room like a average bedroom: two green colored couches stood up upon a wall leaning, with a flat screen TV staring across from the couch, and the carpet was ordinary white. The room seemed simple and plain, almost like going a regular bedroom then going to a highly rich place. Lucy starred at everything with wonder to her this was all new; to her this seemed out of this world. Her whole life she was locked in her house, her room never really shedding any light. The closet thing she could get to cheerful colors were her dresses. Her dresses each held a story; each told a different life that she could read. Dante watched Lucy study each figure and shape in the room. He realized that this was one of the best things he did for her. For sure she would hug him, maybe even kiss him later. Thinking this made Dante grin really big, Lucy kissing him, yes a girl kissing him.
