• Once upon a time, in a land whose name has long been forgotten there lived a princess. The most beautiful maiden in the whole world and she fell was in love with one of the most infamous thieves of that time. However, the Rogue and the Princess had to hide their love away for if they were discovered then the princesses evil stepmother the Sorceress would have them both killed.
On a cold rainy night the Rogue sat perched upon the wall surrounding the castle watching the tiny dots of light from the torches of the palace guards. He could see the light from the west tower where the Princess was getting ready for a night's rest. Pulling his hood up, the Rogue leapt down from the wall landing cat-like on the wet grass.
Creeping across the lawn stealthily making sure not to alert the Sorceress' soldiers he came upon the west tower. Drawing the bow from his back and tying a rope to an enchanted arrow he drew back the bow until the goose feather touched the corner of his lip and let the arrow fly sticking into the wooden base of the window. He put the bow on his back and began to climb up the side of the tower his heart beating faster and faster but whether this was from the physical activity or from the excitement of getting closer to his love he did not know.
Reaching the ledge of the window the Rogue silently pulled himself upon it and stepped through undetected, and there lying upon her bed silently resting was the Maiden who had stolen his heart all those years ago. He walked over to the side of her bed quietly trying not to disturb her he crouched down and ran his fingers across her soft lips. She stirred and her deep green eyes opened, she smiled and threw her arms around him holding him close.

"I thought I had lost you." She said her eyes welling up with tears.

He pulled away from her and wiped the tears from her cheeks then tilted her chin and kissed her softly. Slowly she pulled him on top of her and kissed him, he moved down kissing her neck and lower kissing her chest as a soft moan escaped her lips. He pressed his head against her chest and laid there for a moment listening to the beat of her heart which was perfectly in sync with his as she stroked his damp hair.
Suddenly the door burst open and there stood the Evil sorceress looming in the doorway cloaked in black and purple hood covering her face in shadow. The Rogue leapt from the bed and quickly drew the bow from his back and fitted an arrow pulling it back and letting it fly but it stopped in mid passage as the Sorceress used her dark magick. The arrow dropped to the ground and the bow flew from his hands. The Rogue could see the Sorceress grin from under her hood and she laughed hurling the Rogue through the window.
