• I never wanted this, ever in my entire life, but I accepted the power. We continued through a metallic doorway, into a room full of awesome clothes, suits, battle armors, and even up-to-date military gear. “We call this the ‘Armor Chamber’ for we will decide your armor style. It will range from a knights suit of armor, to a regular outfit of teens clothing.” Rogi explained. “So, I’m getting some cool threads?” I told more than it was really a question. “These languages, always getting lazier and lazier. Yes, ne ‘threads’.” He talked as if he had been living for a very long time. “Well, let’s get crackin’!” I said, ready to move on. A tall man walked into the room. He had extremely long legs, and a small, lengthwise body. He was at least 7” tall! I stared at him as he just walked right by us. I wondered who he was, and I would later aim to find out, but my train of thought was lost by me bumping into a pole. Many poles branched from the ceiling to the floor in this room. “What’ with the poles?” I asked, but I got no response. Rogi was behind glass plating. I heard mechanical noises all around as the poles began spinning. Armors of every kind began to appear around the large poles. They spiraled down towards me. I noticed everyone was in some kind of protection, except me. The walls rolled into action, lifting to reveal two nasty creatures, both of the same weird species. It was green from snout to claw. It had two arms; small and bent at the bottoms were the elbows are. Three claws came out from the small arms. It had a sharp tail, and a foot with a large heel, and three claws, but one claw went one of the others. I knew what this thing was, with its razor sharp teeth. I had only seen movies about it, like Jurassic park. It was a raptor. Two of them. “What the hell!?” I exclaimed, looking at Rogi. He smiled. I looked around. I saw the suit of armor, thinking it would be my best defense, and ran towards it. The raptors both jumped on top of me, but before we made contact the hit each other mid-air by accident. They hissed at each other, and then looked around. I was hiding in the armor, still around the pole. They both walked around, trying to find their prey, when I sprung into action! I slipped out with nothing but just my hoodie and baggy pants as my armor now. I jumped on ones back and held my arms around it’s neck as it swung to and fro. It flew around upwards, downwards, sideways, upside down, but I wouldn’t let go. The other one came up and was ready to strike me down, so waiting for the right time, waiting, until…NOW! I let go and went flying across the room, slamming into a pole as the one struck down the other with its ferocious claw. One down, one to go. It turned around and looked at me with its big, yellow eyes. They narrowed, as it seeked revenged. I looked at the armor on the pole. I guess I was supposed to wear one set, and defeat them both, but this was a life or death situation, so I slipped on another set. It was a very thin, tight kind of get-up. I guess it was like an assassin’s wear. I looked at the beast, as it looked at me, and at the same time, we charged at each other. It swung its massive claws around, but I had slid under it. I grabbed its tail to stop me, and thought of something else. I pulled it, and the Raptor fell to the ground. With all my strength, I swung around, and slammed it against a pole. I let go as he fell to the floor once more. His eyes blank and cold, for he had been conquered. I just killed two Raptors. I was proud as can be. The doors opened and a clapping Rogi stepped in. “Bravo, Bravo!” He said cheerfully. I was so mad, I felt like murdering him on the spot. “WHAT THE HELL WAS ALL THAT ABOUT!?” I screamed, slipping of the assassin gear. “We tested which one you’d adapt to best, but you work well in every one to suit the time and action required at the moment. Outstanding!” He told me. I felt better, getting the praise. I also felt safer. “Come, we must move along.” He said, as we passed the open cages, with the scent of nothingness inside.
