• Kill Ari (prt 1) first Chapter

    ZIVA

    Ziva pilled her bags into the luggage compartment of the taxi , her Father Eli David closely behind her. "Now remember look after your sister and bring Ari home" she glanced at her sister Aaliyah and then to her father "of course" she reassured him. He kissedher on the forhead and waved to Aaliyah "Sholum" Eli said as Ziva closed the door and they were off.
    Now Sitting comfortably in the seat she turned to Aaliyah "you know this will be difficult" She told her. "I'm fine stop babying me" Aaliyah commented, Ziva turned to face the front "I just dont want what happened to Tali happen to you". Tali Aaliyah’s twin had died a few months earlier. Aaliyah looked at the floor "I know, I know" Ziva put her hand on her sisters knee "you'll be fine I just dont want anything to happen to you".

    TONY

    Tony couldn't believe what had happened Kate dead and Ari the possible suspect. He had been collecting shell casings off the cold damp roof for about an hour. "Mc Probie!" he called as his partner Timothy McGee reveiled himself to the light. Tony held them in his hand, "Shell casings" McGee said promptly "well bag them" Tony said shoving them at him "and once your done with that McGee you can come to the car". Tony left McGee and three other men on the roof. Why her why? he thought. The car door opened and Tony jumped Tim had them up in his hand "good work Probie". Tim put them in the compartment as the drove off.
    Back at the Navy yard the exited the lift. Gibbs was sitting at his desk Tony approched him. "Shell casings boss" Gibbs looked up " no meaning that you couldn't see that boss" Tony re traced his steps "Your right I couldn't not with out my glasses".

    ZIVA

    The rest of the trip was in scilence until we got to the plane, "Ziva" Aaliyah whispered. She turned her head "what if we dont bring Ari back?" they walked up the ramp into the jets Mossad had booked for them. " I dont know Ali we'll find a way, trust me" Aaliyah looked to the floor. Ziva lifted up her chin "dont worry Aaliyah will bring him home by force or with out" Aaliyah smiled, but Ziva knew it would be hard exspecially with the doseays she had done on every one at N.C.I.S that Ari might interact with. Special Agent Leroy Gethro Gibbs, Special Agent Anthony "Tony" Dinozzo, Special Agent Timothy McGee, Abbey Scuito, Donald Mallard. Gibbs worried her the most he looked to stern what if she couldn't convince him of Ari's innocence.
    The Plane was high in the sky now and all they could do was wait.

    TONY

    Tony sat at his desk in scilence McGee had taken the shell casings up to Abby but something still bothered him, Ari hated Gibbs why did he shoot Kate? He staired at Kates empty chair. He knew she wasn't coming back, Tony stood up looked around grabbed his stuff and walked to the elevator. It was time to go home Gibbs was standing in the elevator he grabbed Tony's shoulder "were are you going?" He asked sternly it wasn't a question that needed an answer. "Home" Tony said, Gibbs patted his shoulder "cya" was his last words to Tony as the elevator doors closed.

    ZIVA

    The flight from Israel got in about 10:00 am in American time although it would have been breakfast time over in Israel. Aaliyah followed Ziva through security. "You know this really sucks having to show them our Mossad pictures" Ziva grinned "yeah I know but its the only way we can get passed security with all our weapons and not get caught" Aaliyah put away her badge "well were are we going to stay?" Aaliyah asked as they stepped on to the curvb "in a hotel" Aaliyah rolled her eyes which hotel?" She retorted, "the Embacsea" Ziva told her as we stepped into the cab. Ziva told him the address and they were off. "But after we get a room I need to go and see N.C.I.S"
