• Jason took a deep breathe and began his horrifying story.

The night was young and the four friends were just beginning to have fun. There was Jason, a nerdy looking man with glasses and a simple hair cut. He wore simple jeans and a random gamer shirt that no one really understood. But Jason didn't worry about that because he was the head of his own company and made more money than anyone else. Then there was Luke, he was a mechanic that worked in a small garage on the edge of the city. He was in a pair of his work pants and a tank top and his work boots. His muscles were more defined than anyone elses but most thought it was because of his job. The last two were twins, Max and Sam. Both had bright blue eyes and pitch black hair. They were also the same height and build but Max wore Tripp pants and had a few tattoos while Sam wore a suit and tie and hid the one tattoo he had on his back. Max owned a tattoo shop a few blocks away and Sam worked a standard nine to five job that he was sick of.

No one really understood how they were friends, but the four of them had gone to high school together and became really close after an accident killed their best friend Laura. They were out remembering her that night. It had been eight years to the day since she had died and every year they went out and partied on her behalf. Jason usually payed because he liked to and they all usually just went club surfing all night. This night was different though.

"Who's ready to club surf!" Max yelled as he walked up to his friends in the park were they always met.

"Why don't we do something else this year?" Max said with a sly grin. They all looked at him. "Well, there is a rumor going around the shop that there is a house a few miles outside of town off route 10 that is haunted. They say some people have died there, horrible bloody deaths."

"Do we really wanna drive out there though?" Sam protested. They all just laughed at him and got in their cars. All except max who had ridden his motorcycle over that night. He signaled for them to follow him and they all agreed.

They arrived at the house and stared at it quietly. It was an old farm house, the barn was still standing but rotting away. The house had windows missing, glass broken, a screen door that was only on one hing and steps up to the door that looked broken. Max was excited, the rest were starting to have doubts.

"Are you sure about this Max?" Luke voiced as he got out of his old pick up.

"Of course I am sure! Laura would have loved this and you know it!" Max said with excitement.

"True, lets just give it a shot." Jason softly added. And then it was decided. The friends walked slowly up to the steps and climbs up. The door was shut but the locks didn't work, so they entered the house. None of them had noticed the figure upstairs in the window when they had arrived but it had noticed them.

The group had walked into the living room first. Bloody was splattered on the wall but they all thought it was fake. Like an amusingly fake haunted house that was trying to be scary. They all just laughed about it and cracked a few beers. No one noticed a shadow pass by in the hall. But they did hear a couple more cars pull up. They all ran and hid upstairs.
