• Chapter 8
    5 Years After...

When James Hatter spoke the words, "I have destroyed all of ze cures except for one!" it made Coon very angry. He ran to the magician and punched him in the face. "Ouch, that hurt, Mr. Coon."
"Yeah, well Icdon't give a damn!"
"I was going to make more cures until you hit me. Now I will 'torture' you!" He grabbed the bottle of Light and open the cap. "Now say ah, Mr. Coon." Coon knew what was coming. He tried to run away but the gaze of the magician kept him paralyzed. All Coon could think about was wanting to get out of the female body he was in. He knew it was the magician doing magic. He tried to snap out of it, but he couldn't. James Hatter walked over to Coon and dipped the Light out of the bottle and Coon changed. He was back in his regular body. He looked over to the dome with a concerned glare. The faces of his new team were miserable. They had just lost their one chance of becoming normal again. Coon was mad at himself for not being strong enough to get out of the magic. He ran over tot he dome and punched at it. Nothing happened. He punched again. Nothing. Again. Nothing. "You are going to hurt yourself Mr. Coon. I would suggest to stop and then maybe I would let them out if you asked nicely."
"I'm not going to ask you for anything!"
"Zen zey are never going to get out of there. This is my final offer."
Coon looked over to the people in the dome. How could he leave them there? How could he leave them in the bodies they didn't want to be in? Afterall, he had brought them here. If he had planned this another night then maybe things would've been different.
''Will you please let them go!" he yelled.
"I said nicely." James Hatter said sternly.
"Will you please let them go?" Coon asked.
"Sure, I guess I should," James Hatter said.
James snapped his fingers and the dome disappeared. Everyone fell to the floor.
"What have you done!" Coon yelled.
"I didn't do zat!" James Hatter exlaimed.
    'Well them what happened?"
"I guess it was the gas," James said.
    "Well then fix them!"
" Don't yell at me when I just let your friends go!" After that James Hatter muttered some words and everyone on the floor disappeared. "I guess you have a long journey to make, Mr. Coon."
