• 10:00 p.m., four hours before my first and my only... death. They took over every thing since the vaccine came out for H1N1. It was the first instant cure for the flu. The shot cured H1N1 in 20 to 30 minutes. Too good to be true, right? Well it was, it had side affects equivalent to rabies. However, this rabies gave people the real munchies. Dr. Stinner said it would rid the world of the disease and change the world of medical research. Oh it did, but not the world of medical research, it changed the world itself. Affecting 97% of the world this, rabies turned average citizens in to savage beasts, monsters, and demons, whatever you want to call them.
Feeding on human flesh, devouring any living thing, destroying civilization today (similar to the bubonic plague, which was another infection that affected thousands in the Middle Ages).
This is my story about this nightmare, welcome to hell on earth. I am a Doctor, which is what we call the survivors. It’s 2012 10:50p.m. the infected are no where to be seen, they must have found a bus of people. I've seen what happens when the demons find a bus, blood and guts spread across roads, people screaming bloody Mary, yelling "save me". Blood curdling groans of the foul beast that was once human, not a pretty site.
Time is the wicked cruel master that keeps me going my house has been attacked 3 times. I'm running low on gas for the chainsaw, 7 buckshot’s left, 2 clips for my desert eagle (the clips hold 7 shots of 50 caliber bullets). The barracks I call home is falling apart, the wood has been knocked down, another attack will kill me (I hope not). I need to move out for supplies. I grab my Deagle and my crowbar; I leave my house halfway to the store I run into what attracted the beast... a deli truck.
The dead eating the dead, ironic huh? I try to slip around, I move like a house cat going after a spider, quiet, stealthy, I get past just fine. Then I notice a man running toward me yelling, "a doctor a doctor thank god!" Then it happened, all of the infected turned around with deli meat in their hands and mouth. Growling I then see the man tackled to the ground just being ripped apart choking on his own blood, insides torn out by fifteen of the beasts. Tripping, with one of the beast biting my leg, I can feel his bite tearing through my skin. I take out my crow bar and thrust it in to his head, blood shooting up into the air for a split second.
Taking off I limp as fast as I can with about fifty of the infected behind me. Shooting like a mad man, with both hands covered in blood, I race toward my house. Splattering brains each shoot I take; I'm now down to three bullets, my wrist swollen and sore from the recoil of the gun. Trying to catch my breath I unlock my door and race in my house, lock up tight and wait. Banging like a hurricane I hear moans and groans, waiting I grab my shot gun hoping the evil would go away and end. I hear a breaking noise, the boards have broken, zombies running in like a bat out of hell trying to get me, oh they'll get me all right.
Taking each one that runs in with my shotgun and magnum making each shot, perfect I lean my gun against a table I have flipped on its side. Blood and chunks of skull and guts on my walls. The smell of gunpowder and the sight of bullet shells falling, as each beast falls to the god-forsaken ground. As each one of the beasts falls, I slowly run out of ammo. Soon I'm down to 2 buckshots and no more 50 cals. for my desert eagle. I run into my room, it is now 1:54 a.m. as I fight in for my life I realize I'm now using my gun like a base ball bat, I'm out of bullets...
Pulling the cord to my chainsaw, I now face the crowd of demons… thirty-seven left… one doctor… Who is going to live and who is going to die? The smell of rotting corpses and gasoline fill the air, blood painted walls, blood dripping from the ceiling. Yelling now, the crowd is now in my house as I cut, chop, and slice my way through the horrid shadows that fall over me. The clock now strikes 2:00a.m; there is now silence. I wake up, it was just a nightmare, to many horror films. That was the weirdest dream I've ever had, but then I come to realize I'm lying in bodies and blood soaked carpet with a chainsaw. Groans from afar now move close, with more down the road. The chainsaw starts…
