• Was all that really a storm..? It had to be. The lightning, the rain, the agonized scre- ...That couldn't be right..! Though she was so safe in her bed, the strange little being couldn't resist trying to see what that was. There was a small rustle as she moved from her blankets, over to the window. Another flash lit her dark room, and a moment later its thunder echoed through the city. Hidden among that boom was another cry of pain. Despite the fact that it was storming out, that tiny shape slid her window open and shoved her head out. It wasn't even thirty seconds before her hair was completely soaked. The drops falling from her hair stole away her attention, and she watched them fall. Fall onto a cringing body. A stained, aching body. Another form was beside it, and as each thunderclap started, it pressed its boot into the first's wounds.

Without a word, she moved to the injured body. A young, extremely attractive man... He was too heavy for her little self to lift, though she did try. Her efforts were answered by his own; he managed to put his feet beneath himself and, with her help, stood. His eyes were open, somewhat, though showed vacancy. He probably couldn't tell what was going on. She led him in, then to the elevator, up three floors and to her door. For some reason though, when she tried to lead him in.. He wouldn't budge.
"Hey... Come on, I can't treat you out here!" Words finally, but he didn't respond. She moved forward and started to pull him, though he was still unresponsive, and only swayed in the hallway. After several moments she nearly growled. "I said come in!"
It was only then that he stepped forward, but with that step he collapsed against her. Unable to support the weight, she fell backwards, him on top. In that fall, teeth found her shoulder, and then...
