• Cordis confronted by what appears to be some sort of distorted shadow man, then realizes its what she had been fearing for the whole mission. She stares her opponent in the eyes, the same eyes that once looked at her with compassion and love now are cold and dead and send a chill down her spine. The man before her is no longer the man he once was, her father has changed just as Ga'dian had said. She draws her blade and holds it at the ready as the creature begins to speak." Cordis, its me, your father, Cinereous. Don't you remember me dear?" He Smiles lightly. "You are not my father, my father was killed years ago. That man does not exist anymore." "I was afraid you'd say that dear, so I came prepared." His black arms start to stretch out, shooting towards her rapidly. He grabs her by her waist and wraps his arms up and down her body, covering her from head to toe. "Gaaahhaaa, errr," she screams her body being crushed by whom she once loved. "Cordis, dear, why do you not understand what's going on. My leader, Benedict gave me a new birth, he saved me from that freedom fighter crap I was poring my life into, gave my life new meaning. Finally I have true power to change the world. Those scum blades who fought so valiantly to wipe out our people, our very existence, he gave me the power to get my vengeance. Please, my daughter, join Benedict with your true power we will have a truly unstoppable army." Cordis sneers at him, "What do you mean, my 'true power'". He laughs. "Don't tell me, that sad excuse of a man, Ga'dian hasn't told you yet, what a coward. Oh well, my dear, I guess you'll never live long enough to realize your true potential. HAAAAAYAAAAAAAAAGGHHH!!!" He lets out a blood-curdling shriek as terrifying wings shoot out from his back. Cordis's eyes grow wide. As the wings spread out growing to over twenty feet, his arms retract, throwing Cordis into him. He launches himself up toward the ceiling, slamming her into it, himself dissolving into the shadow around them. As she falls she tries to grab onto the rafters to no avail, and is sent falling quickly to the ground. She shuts her eyes are braces herself, but before she hits, a red aura surrounds her, dissipating as it touches the ground. A little bruised up and confused about what the man said and about the strange aura, but no serious injuries she looks around for the infected creature, but he seems to have disappeared for now. She sees Leon in a distant room and runs toward him to help destroy the behemoth.
