• She let out a soft sigh as she looked out onto the lake. A lake that she had grown to know since she was a little girl. The wind created rippled waves and blew her hair into the air. A calming affect as the sun slowly went down. She dipped her pale legs into the chilling water as she sat upon the deck. Thinking of what she should do next.
She, Luna, had a lot of thinking and planning to do. She put one hand on her stomach and let out another sigh. Her faithful dog, a pug, named Ella lay her head on her owners leg. Letting out snorting breathes. “What to do my Bella, what to do?” She asked softly. Petting the dog. “Where should we go from here....” Laying back she looked up into the darkening sky.
The stars sparkled like diamonds. Luna was young not that far out of her teen years. Now there was a baby in her stomach. She had to decided what she wanted to do. The father had died. He was overseas and then, he was gone. Gone, Gone, no longer on this earth. What would they have done? What would he have done? Questions left with no answers.
It was getting later and the wind began to pick up. She sat up and pulled her legs out of the water. She wasn't a little girl anymore. It was time that she grew up. She knew what she had to do. She knew this as she stood up giving the lake one last look and started to walk of the deck onto land. Bella following her with little hops.
