• Chapter One Dawn at Castle Ornera

    It was in May 7, 2078 when Hell took over the earth. No one saw it somming but we all knew it was there. The sky turned black and the ground lost all its life. That year twenty earthquacks and over ten valcano where recorded. Life itself was comming to an end. Thats when the demons came and took over.
    There were under the guide of The Demon Lord Ornera he commanded the army's and led then to victory over the human race. There was no safe place to hide there was no hope. The past five years have been hell and i know there are worse to come I can only hope to live till tomorrow.
    "Mom please dont let them take me! I dont want to be a slave! Mom PLEASE!"
    Annalee was screaming as she was being tossed into a cart with seven other girls and five boys. Her mom was crying because she knew there was nothing she could do to stop this. for the past five years Annalee and her mom lived together in a small two room hut they made. it was similar to the Hovervills she had read about in school. the ground was dry and cracked and the sky was black and red, thunder cracked all around.
    "I love you Anna. Dont let go of your hope, stay strong and be a good girl!" Her mom shouted as the cart started to pull away.
    the cart swayed side to side as it rolled away four large hell hounds pulled the cart. they where like bull dogs but the size of horses and where black with red eyes. the other kids where crying too as Anna looked around her town for the last time. there wasnt much in her town, a church one food store and a baseball field. she thought back to when her brother tough her how to play. but that was when her brother and father where still alive, it had been almost three years sense they where killed.
    they died trying to save some people from a demon attack. in her hand Anna clenched her brothers baseball. it was the only thing she could grab before they took her. she like the others where going to be sold to wealthy demon family's and made to be slaves. curling up into a ball she tryed to think of something good, but the others crying was making it hard.
    EIGHT HOURS LATTER
    the long ride was finally over they where in Ornor that was the capital city for the demons. the bildings where new and clean some reaching hights of twelve stories. looking around Anna was in awe she had never seen anything like this before in her eight-teen years. the road they now travled on was paved and smooth. others where still crying and looking around she could tell the demons where mad about that.
    "Its ok, we are going to be all right. you dont have to cry, think of it like you want to be here. this is the capital city we lucked out."
    the others looked at her as if she was crazy but stopped crying all the same. the guard behind her tapped her on the shoulder. she turned around too see a dark green shined demon. he looked like he was in the U.S. army to her, the outfit where just about the same but the collars where darker and the helmet was thinner.
    "Thank you for that."
    she nodded in return. the cart pulled up to a large white building. more demons came out one for every human that was there. they claimed out one by one and when Anna got out the guard that talked to her stood next to her. the boy two people in front of her fell and the guard with him was about to hit him. Anna ran to him and sat between them and when the demon swung his hand his claws cut her back.
    "Are you ok?"
    the boy looked up and her and nodded.
    "yeah im ok."
    the guard with the green skin ran over to her. picking her up he was about to run to the back and clean her up when a voice stopped him.
    "I'll take her. I want you to go and buy her now."
    she couldnt see who was talking and everything was getting darker. she felt the ball slipping from her hands, but then it was on her chest now. how could have have happened she thought as her eyes shut.
    it smelt like burning wood and flowers as she started to wake up. she was slow to respond like she had been asleep for a long time. when she finally opened her eyes the first thing she saw was her ball. the behind it was another demon.
    "how are you feeling? that was a bad cut you had, i didnt think you would make it."
    his voice was soft and genital like he was trying not to scare her. his skin was the a blue-gray color and his hair was white. he had it pulled back like a greaser only it didnt look greasy. he was dressed in a three piece suit, a tail coat suit to boot.
    "im ok, but where am i?" her voice was small and week.
    "You are in the demon lords castle, and i am Cyrus."
