• I grunted and stomped up the stairs.
“Wait!” He shouted out after me. I just ignored him and slammed my door close. I could hear his feet trampling up the stairs after me. I locked the door. Then I heard two big knocks at the door.

“Kat Let Me In! Please!” He yelled.

“Go Away!” I screamed. Then I heard him sigh.

“Kat, I didn’t mean for that to happen. Please, could you find it in your heart to forgive and forget? Who knows, we may look at this in the future and laugh,” He said softly with a faint sign of laughter.

“I seriously doubt that. ‘Cause in the future we won’t know each other!” I screamed again then kicked the door, tears flowing down my cheeks.

“Are you crying?” He sounded surprised. “You know this is the first time I think I’ve seen you cry.”

I sniffed then blew my nose. “So what if I am.”

“You know, I feel really bad. I never meant for that to happen, but it just did. And why are you so sad anyway? I mean, you were the one who was trying so hard to get us together, so… I just don’t get you.” He thumped the door lightly then sighed. I stood up and unlocked the door.

“I’m so upset-,” I said as I slowly opened the door, “Because, I’ve always wanted you.” I continued as I wrapped my arms around him and slowly kissed him. One last tear shed my eye and he slowly whispered; “I’ve always wanted that, since the first time I laid my eyes on you.” I smiled.

“It was the minute I saw you kiss her.” I joked. We both laughed.
