• The sun is a gigantic orb of super heated plasma about 93000000 miles away. You can fit 1000000 earths inside although it is nether the hottest nor the coldest, nor the biggest nor the smallest of all the stars. Some elements inside the sun are aluminum, copper, iron, helium, and hydrogen. Hydrogen is built into helium due to a process called nuclear fusion. Fusion happens when nuclei are magnetically repelled but are sped up and come within range of each other. The immense speed is caused by immense heat that causes light. the sun is built with an extremly hot core, than the photosphere, chromosphere, and the suns corona. this part you can only see during a solar eclipse because the rest of the sun is so massive and bright.
