I'm tired of being alone.
We would talk all night on the phone.
But now you're just skin and bone.
Breathless.
You never had a chance to live.
Your love was all you had to give.
But no one wanted it.
And you fell into your holding pit.
Never to be seen again.
But I must confess.
Wrong people have been under arrest.
It was all a con.
And I'm the one who should have gone.
Your life was short.
And you've always been a good sport.
You never said a word about what I did.
But your body just had to be hid.
I feel no guilt.
On top of you stress was always built.
It had to stop.
So I just wanted to help.
Your cries did no good.

This is one I wrote a while ago, and I posted it in my friend's journal.
I was wondering what people think of it. - Date: 07/16/2008
